Sago specializes in high-quality refurbished and used cell phones, offering a wide range of models from top brands like Apple, Samsung, and Google. We sell every iPhone and Samsung Galaxy model, as well as Google Pixel phones, ensuring you find the perfect device for your needs. In addition to smartphones, we also offer a selection of Apple tablets, including iPads. To complement your devices, we have a variety of accessories available, such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, and more. All of our products are inspected and tested for quality, so you can shop with confidence.
How long will it take to receive my phone?
Your order will typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive via Canada Post or UPS. We offer free shipping on all device orders. Additionally, we provide express delivery for $20.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty covers any internal defects or software issues that may occur on your device for a period of 365 days. If you encounter a problem, you'll have the option to have your phone repaired or receive a replacement, at our discretion. We'll provide you with a shipping label for you to return the problematic device to us. Please note that liquid or physical damage unfortunately voids your warranty, so be sure to take good care of your device!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay. Additionally, you can choose to pay with RBC PayPlan, a flexible payment option that allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over time.
How do I find my IMEI number?
You can find these numbers in several places, including Settings, on the physical device, in the Finder or iTunes, and on the original packaging. You can find the serial number in Settings >General > About. On iPhones device you can find the IMEI/MEID on the sim tray.
How do I track my order?
If you do not have an account with us you may create an account with the email address that you used to purchase your device.
Login to your account for quick access.
Once logged in, click "Account" and then select "My Orders" from the drop-down list.
If the order has not been dispatched you will not have a tracking link provided.
When your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking ID and a tracking link. The link provided will redirect you to our delivery partner's tracking page. If you have any further questions about the delivery, please reach out to the courier partner by selecting "Contact courier" for further assistance.
