My phone has an issue, what should I do?
If you're experiencing an issue with your phone, don't worry! We offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy, as well as a 365-day warranty for repairs. To resolve the issue, simply contact us via email with your transaction number and IMEI, and explain the situation. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to help find the best solution.
How long will it take to receive my phone?
Your order will typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive via Canada Post or UPS. We offer free shipping on all device orders. Additionally, we provide express delivery for $20.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty covers any internal defects or software issues that may occur on your device for a period of 365 days. If you encounter a problem, you'll have the option to have your phone repaired or receive a replacement, at our discretion. We'll provide you with a shipping label for you to return the problematic device to us. Please note that liquid or physical damage unfortunately voids your warranty, so be sure to take good care of your device!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay. How do I find my IMEI number?
You can find these numbers in several places, including Settings, on the physical device, in the Finder or iTunes, and on the original packaging. You can find the serial number in Settings >General > About. On iPhones device you can find the IMEI/MEID on the sim tray.
How do I track my order?
Login to your account for quick access.
Once logged in, click "Account" and then select "My Orders" from the drop-down list.
If the order has not been dispatched you will not have a tracking link provided.
When your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking ID and a tracking link. The link provided will redirect you to our delivery partner's tracking page.
