Warranty

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. The device must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that accessories are not eligible for a refund and may be kept by the customer.

Our warranty covers any internal defects or software issues that may occur on your device for 365 days. If you encounter a problem, we will repair your phone for free or send you a replacement device at our discretion. We will provide you with a shipping label to return the problematic device, which will be assessed by our technicians. Please note that liquid or physical damage voids your warranty, so be sure to take good care of your device!
