At Sago, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality refurbished devices and excellent service. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our warranty and return policy:
Returns & Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. The device must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure the product is unused, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Accessories are not eligible for a refund and are non-returnable. Accessories may be kept by the customer.
365-Day Warranty
Our 365-day warranty covers internal defects and software-related issues that may arise during normal use of the device. Should you experience any problems, we will either repair your phone free of charge or send you a replacement device, at our discretion. To help with this, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for returning the device to us. Our technicians will assess the device to determine the cause of the issue.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical or liquid damage to the device, which will void the warranty.
- Damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance, or accidents (such as drops or spills).
- Unauthorized modifications or tampering by the buyer or a third party not authorized by Sago.
- Excessive use that goes beyond the normal expected usage for a device of its kind.

- Accessories are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable.
- If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, our team will promptly resolve it through repair or replacement at no extra charge.
